OZ Holdings, LLC, a New York City-based real estate investment company, announced today that it has signed a long-term agreement with Six Senses Resorts & Spas for China's first ultra-luxury Five-Star wellness resort in the ancient water town of Nanxun.
Nanxun is approximately a one-hour drive from central Shanghai and is a proposed UNESCO world heritage site.
OZ China Property Holdings, Inc., an OZ Holdings subsidiary investment/development company, is developing the exclusive resort in partnership with Clubtel Corporation (Hong Kong) and Shanghai Profound Investment & Development Company (China)
