Job DescriptionResponsible & accountable for Shift or Department or Unit Operations, this includes F & b services, menu planning, food costing, handling of conferences / ODC's at client premises, VIP meetings etc. Strong hands on skills for service / operations, inventory & stores management, operations as per budget, increasing of sales turn over, ensuring contribution exceeds budgeted target. Compliance of all hygiene & safety systems & procedure at site. Preparing of daily / weekly / monthly cash / credit sales reports, preparing of MIS for the department / unit, discussing the same with the operations manager. Training of staff at site, interaction with the client / customers at the site, maintaining & building company-to-company relationship

Candidate should be a Diploma in Hotel Management with min 4 years of experiece,Very good technical and analytical skills,Excellent communication skills,Able to work under pressure,Team Player.
