The candidate will undergo extensive training to assist in chalking out the complete plan and lay-out for the hotel project.After the completion of training he/ she will assist in planning with regards to the functionality of the various departments and manpower requirement.
The candidate will also conduct feasibility studies at new locations for construction of hotels.Coordinating with the Logistics personnel and architects for interior designing and conducting regular audits for all the sites as well as ensure high product quality will be a part of his core activities.
Once the hotel/s is ready for operations, he /she will have the option to start over with new hospitality projects from the corporate office or join hotel operations in the department of his / her choice at the unit level.
