Trend Green Meetings, Not So 'Last Year!'
I don't really see this as a big trend here in India. According to me, COST is going to be the BIG theme this year..

Choice, variety, selection - it's all still important, but the requests to 'make sure it's healthy' have come back strong and 'low carb' is not the only criterion.
Maybe upmarket, luxury, yes. Everywhere else the food is more important than anything else. The amount of time participants spend discussing food is worrisome!
Trend Teambuilding is hot, hot, hot. From the traditional to culinary cook offs to white-water rafting, teambuilding activities as part of a meeting are more popular than ever.
The success of stand alone corporate retreat resorts tells me this is not a fad.
The bigger companies started the trend, now its become mandatory!
Trend Efficiency
Fewer meetings with a greater number of attendees per meeting, for enhanced cost efficiencies, is the current trend in the marketplace.
Have to agree. If you create packages against this theme, you will have a winning season.
Trend Interactive Event Websites ... Meeting Blogs taken to the next level?
Hilton launched it and I suspect, it is time to do something similar in India.
