HGR (Hospitality Graduate Recruitment) has secured its first global contract with Hyatt International. The contract which came into effect this March will see the Swiss-based recruitment consultancy supporting over 110 hotels worldwide - including nine Hyatt hotels throughout the Middle East - with their recruitment strategies.For the next 12 months, HR departments across Hyatt International hotels in Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and South America will have unlimited access to HGR's comprehensive online database. The database will help Hyatt's HR staff source and recruit suitable hospitality graduates and undergraduates for a variety of entry level, trainee, supervisory and junior management positions. There is also a facility by which job opportunities can be posted.
HGR works with over 150 global hotel school and hospitality university partners. This enables HGR to provide a very diverse nationality and language resource of fresh talent, looking for opportunities globally.
