Singapore-based hotel management company - Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts - has been appointed by Chengdu Xinda Real Estate Development to manage its 361-room property in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in China.Parkroyal is privileged to be a partner in the master development by Chengdu Xinda Group that is developing this landmark project at Nanmen, a vibrant and urban part of Wuhou district.
The signing ceremony today marks Parkroyal’s first foray into the China market and its first pure management agreement.
