This luxury hotel group, one of the best worldwide, is opening soon a new property in Bangalore. This hotel will offer 162 rooms, 5 specialty restaurants including Oriental, Italian, Indian, Continental and an outside restaurant pool Grill, a bar and finally 3 meeting and banqueting facilities
Qualification:
* Ensure that serving the hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner is the #1 priority.
* Provide supervision and support to each housekeeper and housekeeping aide; provide training when necessary.
* Ensure that room inspections are done on a daily basis.
* Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and on time.
* Ensure that proper key controls are in effect.
* Take inventories as scheduled and maintain par stocks.
* Schedule associates for shifts according to projected occupancies. The Housekeeping Executive will have the final approval of weekly schedule.
* Review operating statements looking for unusual overage and shortages.
* Involve floor supervisors in as many administrative functions as possible to further develop them. Floor supervisors will report to housekeeping Executive.
