Co-ordination with other Department Head for better efficiency and guest satisfaction.
. Business forecasting for near future and further planning.
. Making room revenue budget, operating budget for the department.
. Maximizing room revenue, occupancy levels at higher guest satisfaction levels through increased efficiency and systematic handling.
. Constantly maintain PR and liaison with CGR Companies, Travel agents and other sources of business to achieve better business segment mix and increase revenue.
. Compiling various MIS reports, tracking of market segments and statements.
. Managing, planning and motivating front office team to achieve the target.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Motivating skills, and has worked in Five Star Property before.
