Assistant Chief Engineer - Maldives
Our client, a stunning ultra luxurious resort in the Maldives, has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Chief Engineer. Based on island, you will report directly to the Group Chief Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the preventative maintenance and leading a large local team.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a Maintenance (minimum supervisory capacity) who understand luxury and guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess:
•A proven track record in an Engineering/Maintenance management role
•Fluency in English
•Desalination/sewage/power plant experience
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
