About two acres of land have been assigned for the development. The project will be developed on a Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis in Public Private Partnership (PPP) model for a period of 33 years.
One of the eligibility criterion states that the bidder should have a minimum experience of three years in operating a three─star or above rated hotel with a turnover of Rs 15 Crore per annum to participate in the bidding process.
