The company, which presently owns and operates hotels under its indigenous brand name in Mumbai, Pune and Shirdi is positioning its new property as the first five─star hotel in Nagpur. It currently manages 400 rooms in its portfolio and will add 133 rooms with the Nagpur property. The company has invested around Rs 80 Crore in the latest development.
Speaking with Hospitality Biz, Gulshan Arora, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Sun─n─Sand Hotels, states, “There is a huge emerging market in Nagpur with a great need for good quality five─star accommodation, which we aim to provide.
