five-star business hotel Accord Metropolitan’s upcoming Puducherry property with 150-plus rooms is one of the biggest hospitality projects under way currently. Anandha Inn, another three-star hotel, is expanding its operations and adding 70 rooms to its current 60.
Hotel Annamalai International’s new 70-room Shenbaga Residency and CGH Earth’s new 18-room project are the others in the pipeline that are expected to be ready by early next year.
