NEWS| Olive to introduce new concept in Delhi

After experimenting with the Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine restaurants, Olive Bar & Kitchen will introduce global cuisine at its new restaurant, which is presently under development in New Delhi.

The company won the bid in 2008 to develop the restaurant in Hotel Samrat, located near Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. The restaurant, bar and lounge concept known as Lap has incurred an investment of over USD one million. It has been developed by AD Singh, Managing Partner, Olive Bar & Kitchen and actor Arjun Rampal. The restaurant will start its operations in September 2009. The restaurant will house 100 covers with around 70 covers more in the alfresco area. Like other restaurants operated by Olive Bar & Kitchen, Lap will target high-end clienteles.
