AWARDS| Ajay K Bakaya, Executive Director, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, bags 'Best Hotelier' award

Ajay K Bakaya, Executive Director, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, has been awarded 'Best Hotelier' at the prestigious Safari India National Tourism Awards, which was held recently in association with Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA).

Bakaya has been the Executive Director, Sarovar Hotels, for over 13 years. He oversees operations and is involved in Sarovar's new development in India and overseas. He is a 1980 graduate of The Oberoi School and a postgraduate alumnus of Cornell─Essec, France. His 30 years of international hotel experience includes assignments in Australia, France, the UK and Africa. Ajay's experience includes being Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) at The Trident, Mumbai and General Manager at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad and Robertsfield Hotel, Liberia.
