NEWS| Jamaica Ritz-Carlton resort owner sues chain for mismanagement

The owner of the Rose Hall Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort in Jamaica is suing Ritz-Carlton Hotels for $145 million in damages, claiming the luxury chain mismanaged the resort.

In its complaint, Rose Hall Resort LP claims Ritz-Carlton refused to keep beaches clean, mishandled a sewage system, kept sloppy accounting and mismanaged the property in various other ways.
