As a member of the Wyndham Hotel Group School of Hospitality Operations leadership team, the Director Hospitality Operations Training Development supports the Vice President in the day to day management of the Department, in the development of operational strategies and the innovation of new franchisee training products and revenue augmentation. The Director of Hospitality Operations Training Development actively engaged in the development, design, measurement and communication of all department efforts to internal and external clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College degree and/or equivalent work experience in the hotel/hospitality industry or training related field.
Minimum 3-5 years management experience in hotel industry in various departments, preferably in Management roles.
