To be successful in this role; you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury brand hotel and a strong focus on people combined with great guest relations skills.
You will be organised and focused to run the day to day operations of the department. Your communication, attention to details and your focus on excellence will be one of your strength for this role. You will be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
You will be responsible to supervise by leading, coaching and developing our Room Attendants to ensure guests satisfaction.
