Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Providing outstanding and efficient customer service to both internal and external customers.
Acquire in depth knowledge of the beverage menu
Acquire in depth knowledge of the bartending skills
Practice good customer relations and attend to customer's complaints/ queries satisfactorily.
Maximize food and beverage revenue through appropriate selling techniques.
Collect Store Requisitions ensuring that stock is checked and stored correctly
Greet and seat customers.
Ensure storage areas/stations are properly stocked with established needs, be they food or equipment.
Qualifications Ideally, we're looking for:
Passion for bartending and for serving customers
Creative, innovative and takes initiatives
A good level of spoken English
Passion for food & beverage and for serving customers
Great in team situations
Smart and presentable
Flexible and can adapt to a busy environment
Frequently working on night shift duty"
