Job Description :
1)The Chief Engineer should have had Project Execution experience in all aspects of a 5 star hotel ie. MEP/ BMS etc.
2)Strong Project background in Technical Services of 5 Star Hotels including Laundry, Kitchen, Elevators, Interior of Public Areas & Guest Room besides Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.
3)Should be a computer literate including CAD/ CAM
4)Strong knowledge of costing and evaluation.
5)Marine Engineering background would be given preference.
