Restaurant is preferring a chef with most of their experience in Southern Italian cooking.
They would have at least 10 direct reports and would report to the Executive Chef.
Requirements
The person must have completed kitchen apprentice or chef’s training course for a very minimum of one year and have a Diploma in hotel Management pref.
Also essential is at least 2 years working in a similar position or above in an international five star hotel.
