Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance & the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large domestic and international finance team, ensuring the delivery and accuracy of timely reports, as well as driving forward continual improvements in financial performance of the resort.
If you are seeking opulent working surrounds, swift career development in a short time frame, and reward & recognition, then this role is not to be missed. Best suited to an existing Financial Controller or Director of Finance in a large hotel, you will be first in line to take over the region within 18-24months.
The successful candidate will ideally be CPA or CA qualified, with a tangible track record in a similar role within a large 5 star hotel operation. You must be able to work alongside an existing finance team, providing direction and management leadership, ensuring that audits, budgeting and operational efficiency of the hotel are continually exceeded.
Previous international hotel accounting experience is highly desirable, as your knowledge will transcend through to all major heads of departments to achieve operational excellence.
An attractive expatriate salary package of $4500 - 4750 USD per month tax free + RnR + Housing is on offer for immediate employment.
