The 41-room hotel will be re-branded as The Muse Sarovar Portico and will be Sarovar’s 11th property in the capital and the National Capital Region (NCR). The boutique hotel is slated to commence operations under Sarovar’s management and brand by December this year.
The Muse Sarovar Portico is located at Chirag Enclave in Nehru Place and is in close proximity to the commercial district of South Delhi. The property is located 14 kms from the domestic airport, 21kms from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and 12 kms from New Delhi Railway Station.
It will add to Sarovar’s present portfolio in Delhi including upcoming hotels like Green Park, Shahdara, Hari Nagar (Janakpuri), Vaishali (Ghaziabad), Gurgaon and Faridabad and three operational hotels in Gurgaon and Noida. Sarovar’s room inventory in Delhi and NCR would total to 776 before the scheduled Commonwealth Games in October 2010.
