3rd phase which goes right to the top of the property was finished in1984
Mr sabawalla sold this property to Sterling resorts in 92/93....Sterling operated right till they were bought out in 2007.This resort ran under the grade of 3 star.
2007 Diana build well which is a company registered in Delhi.Bought out Sterling Resorts.
This company has a construction approval on this property as well as a construction approval from the panchayat which expires in 2010 july.
Holding Sanad for 20,000sqmtr of which only 6000sqmtr approximately has been utilized.(asked for the stamped plans and approvals)
The 14 cottages on the beach front can only be renovated and cannot be pulled down...
