Clear knowledge of business training needs. Clear knowledge of business needs in order to analyze improvement scope. Manage the employee Training across departments and sections. Execution of SOP's and ensuring standards are maintained through training and employee development.
Be responsible for both classroom and on the job training. Maintain training Schedule and MIS. Constitution of a complete training programs, should be proficient at preparation, delivery, practice and assessment of training programs Should be able to handle multiple priorities and complete task’s in accordance within predefined deadlines.
