The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) recently rolled out the 'Hospitality Skill Testing and Certification Programme' which is specially aimed towards hotel employees without a formal degree/training in hospitality education.
This five─day orientation programme has been developed keeping in mind the untrained food production and F&B staff in hotels. Likewise, NCHMCT has urged all affiliate colleges to actively engage in this exercise.
