Expected to open in early 2010, the Poseidon Resort in Fiji would host guests in rooms 40 feet underwater, a feat made possible by 4-inch thick clear acrylic that wraps around about 70 percent of the room. Reservations are expected to cost $30,000 per couple, per week.
