She should be comfortable with cross massage, should know basic massages, ayurvedic massages, facial, pedicure, manicure(preferably).
Salaries would be negotiable based on experience. If therapist is a fresher we would consider on good start wages. Get accommodation, free conveyance and food at nominal charges.
