Acron Hospitality, the hospitality arm of the Group has entered into a management contract with Fortune Park Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd. The hotel has been designed as per the Greenfield stage project to comply with the Foreign Tour Operators’ Association specifications. The approximate amount of investment (excluding land cost) for the project is Rs 30 crore. This is the 31st property of Fortune Park Hotels and with the opening of this property; Fortune Park Hotels has marked its re-entry in the Goa market.
The four-storeyed, Fortune Select Regina Goa has 102 rooms (of which 70 deluxe rooms, 25 luxury rooms, six suites and one room for differently- abled guest, F&B outlets namely Orchid (24X7 restaurant), The Goan Curry House (specialty restaurant), Nostradamus (The Lounge and Smoker’s Bar), À Verandah (extension of Orchid), and poolside bar, state-of-the-art banquet facilities, well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, spa and salon with jacuzzi and sauna.
