Reporting directly into the complex Hotel Manager, your direct reports will include a Front Office Manager in each property, 2 duty managers and a Housekeeper who covers both properties. To be successful in your application, you will have been in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. You will ideally have multi-site experience, and be a strong manager of people and a strategic thinker. Previous experience working in UAE is also beneficial. Crucial to you being considered for the role is a history of providing impeccable customer service in a 5 star environment.
