A five star international hotel based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will form part of the Executive Committee and take overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the Rooms Division department.
We are looking for a candidate who is currently holding a Director of Rooms role within a five star hotel or resort operation. You will be a guest focused operator with a commitment to delivering a superior guest service experience and ensuring your team is dedicated to achieving consistent results.
You will have strong financial skills and will be responsible for setting the annual operational budget for the department ensuring financial performance is in line with budget. You will also be required to review monthly profit and loss statements in conjunction with Department Heads ensuring costs are strictly controlled.
