a leading operator of five star hotel operations in Asia and a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced HR specialist to join the Corporate Office in a Director of Talent Management capacity. Based in Bangkok and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President - Human Resources you will be tasked with all aspects of planning, managing and admistrating the development of all talent acquisition strategies across the group.
You will be instrumental in the development of recruitment and selection strategies, performance management and succession planning strategies and aligning the remuneration and benefits policies in line with organisational needs. In this role you will provide pivotal support to property based General Manager's and HR teams and ensure that all recruitment is approved an in line with company remuneration scales.
This newly created role has been established to support the groups growth initiatives. A candidate with proven experience within hotel or resort pre-opening's would be seen as highly advantageous, as you will play an instrumental role in the set up and establishing of HR functions to ensure efficiency and consistency across the group. Proven experience in career planning and performance management is essential as is volume recruitment experience, ideally within an international environment such as Asia or the Middle East.
