We are seeking an experienced Human Resources practitioner to oversee the daily operation of the Human Resources function of this leading luxury hotel. Your responsibilities will include managing on a daily basis issues pertaining to expatriate compensation, benefits, expatriate services and relocation. In addition, recruitment and selection, counselling, performance management and managing grievance procedures will play a significant part of daily responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the direction and management of the HR function within the hotel including the employee housing and welfare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a luxury five star international hotel in Dubai.
