Of the four spas it plans to launch in Mumbai, TFFS has signed up a business partner for one of its spas. The company is looking for business partners for its other three locations in Mumbai.
For its expansion to Mumbai, it plans to set up four spas in Phase I through the franchisee route. The average size of each spa outlet will be around 1,000 sq ft and will be launched at Bandra, Malad, Goregaon and Powai region. In smaller cities like Aurangabad, Goa, Lonavala and Manali TFFS plans to partner with leading hotels and resorts. These spas will cater to the in-house guests of the hotels.
The company has four operational day spas and one hotel spa in the IT hub of Pune. TFFS has been set up by three management graduates, Anurag Kedia and Saurabh Garg from IIM Ahmedabad and Sunil Rao from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
