1. What do you look for in applicants?
We look for candidates with a good attitude towards people, the job and whether he can be a good team player.

2. What HR practices make you an employer of choice?
Excellent work environment, Open Door Policy, employee facilities, empowerment at employee level, pay for performance and not as per seniority.

3. What can Hotel Management students in Indian hotel schools do during their course to get selected by Four Seasons?
Come and see us prior to deciding their Industrial Training venue.

4. What is the interview process at Four Seasons, Mumbai?
Appear for 3 Happy Tests which consists of basic English, Mathematics and Psychometry.
Complete personal interviews by Human Resources, Department Head, Division Head and then approved finally by the General Manager.
Every one gets a chance to be the best on their day.

5. What is the best way to keep track of new opportunities with Four Seasons Mumbai? Do you advertise in Newspapers? Job Portals? Hotel website? or can aspirants submit resumes for your database?
