Our client is managing a large property in Dubai and is looking for an experienced and responsible Chef de Cuisine to manage the Buffet and a la carte concept within a large kitchen. The kitchen is covering all 3 meal periods with emphasis on quality and efficient services and has a kitchen brigade of over 20 chefs.
