In this role you will report directly into the General Manager and you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas operations. You will play an instrumental part of the senior executive leadership team and be a highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal and management skills. Proven experience in expatriate environments such as the Middle East or Asia will be seen as highly advantageous to be successful for this postion.
Responsible for delivering extraordinary levels of service you will be responsible for managing all aspects pertaining to housekeeping standards, budgetary control and the training and development of the department. A proven track record within a large (400+ room) corporate or resort hotel / resort luxury five star environment is absolutely critical.
