currently in the process of recruiting a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager for our client's representation office based in Germany (Munich). The corporate office of this group is based in Indian Ocean.
The incumbent shall be based in the representation office in Munich and will be managing a team of 5 people including the current Sales & Marketing Manager. He/she will be responsible for the following markets: Germany, Eastern Europe, Switzerland and Austria.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will be as follows:
1. Ensure the smooth running of the German Office and the markets attached to this representation office;
2. Manage the sales team and deliver above budgeted targets;
3. Work in close collaboration with Tour Operators on their contracts and ensure an optimal positioning of our products in their brochures;
4. Liaise with the Marketing Communication Manager with respect to the established strategy.
The salary proposed for this position is 6,800 Euros/month.
