Oversee all spa operations including ensuring spa achieves goals relating to aggressive ongoing revenue growth and operating costs all while focusing on delivering the highest level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating a great bunch of blissers; maintaining an effective Guest Relations Management system and performing regular Front Office duties (be the brand!)
Must possess 5 years of management experience in Asia with proven leadership ability in spa, hospitality or retail settings. Seeking a motivated individual who has a deep commitment to their work and team. Must like people (A LOT!) Important note for applicants: A sense of humour is a 'plus'.
