AHG has tied up with Pride Group of Hotels' mid─market brand Pride Biznotel for managing its upcoming property, 'Pride Biznotel Aurangabad' which will have 90 keys. AHG is also developing a 100─room hotel in Nashik, which will be operational by January 2012. However, the Group is looking for a management company for the Nashik property. The approximate amount of investment for these two projects is Rs 50 crore.
Speaking exclusively with Hospitality Biz, Rajesh Choudhary, Director, Aures Hospitality Group said, “The two upcoming mid─market hotels in Aurangabad and Nashik will be targeted at business, leisure and pilgrimage segments. We see a huge scope of development in the mid─market segment.”
