From April 25 to 30, 2010, Il Teatro at Four Seasons Hotel Doha welcomes the culinary creativity of Michelin-starred chef Matteo Vigotti, who will prepare a special menu influenced by the artwork of Fabrizio Trabucco.
The exhibition includes a dozen of the Italian artist’s mixed-media expressions, including Four Seasons, made of weathered and stainless steel, opaline glass, gilded brass, salt and resin. Trabucco, a self-described “gastronaut” famous for his use of unusual materials inspired by the culinary arts, calls his presentation Theatre of
Four Seasons Doha, telling a tale to be savoured through a meal created by Chef Vigotti. The two have worked together in the past, most recently mounting a year-long exhibition at Vigotti’s Ristorante Novecento in Italy.
