Rare Corporate spa management role
one of the leading hotel groups in Southern Asia, has a rare opportunity for an experienced Spa Director to join in the capacity of Corporate Director for all hotel and resort operations across the group. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced manager wanting to join a group on the cusp of major growth, as well as being able to make a positive change.
To be based in Bangkok, you will be reporting to the COO, with the mandate to oversee the Branding, Marketing, Financial management, Operations, Quality, Human Resources and Development of all Spa operations.
The spa operations for this group is highly successful, and as such, they provide an oasis for guests and local clientele within their hotels and resorts. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have multi-unit exposure, and an understanding of pampering the discerning guest. You must have knowledge of extensive spa treatments, traditional Chinese massage and reflexology treatments; you will be fully knowledgeable of the latest in spa trends and treatments.
The successful candidate must possess previous experience in a luxury five star hotel or resort operation, ideally in Asia or a comparable international market. On offer is a tax free salary up to $70,000 USD + single status expatriate benefits.
