The approximate amount of investment for setting up the business hotel is Rs 40 crore (including land cost) and for the five-star property is Rs 250 crore (including land cost). Currently, the Group is in discussions with international management companies to operate its properties.
Speaking exclusively with Hospitality Biz, Gaurav Bardiya, Director, Bardiya Group said, "Our business house shelters various trades such as real estate, gemstones, retail, entertainment, mining and agro. The hospitality sector was an untouched segment, since we deal in real estate, we thought to venture into the hospitality business. The business hotel will target corporates, MICE and business travellers whereas the five-star hotel will target leisure, corporates, MICE and business travellers. Plans are afoot to open a golf course, resort and convention centre in Jaipur."
