According to a report in www.equitybulls.com, Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has sold 22,18,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each of its subsidiary Advani Pleasure Cruise Company Pvt Ltd (APCCPL), amounting to 50.99 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of APCCPL, to Delta Corp Ltd.
The sale and purchase transaction was completed on September 20 on revised terms and conditions mutually agreed between the parties.
