Must be a Hands on Chef who loves to cook - has knowledge of Kitchen Openings, Kitchen Design & set up, Recipe & Cost control, Menu Engineering, Food Presentation, Overall Incharge of all Kitchen operations, including vendor management. Has to be a highly motivated, self starter who can lead a team the candidate will be trained by a Star/ Cult - Argentian Chef - Leandro Cristobal! we need a Career person, who in a 3-5 year timeline will be elevated to Corporate Chef for the group. A winner who has a positive attitude.
