Responsible for the modern New York-style Steak House with an exceptional choice of quality meats and wine cellar, using the hotel’s own brand of cattle from Australia, with an open theatrical kitchen and huge walk-in wine cellar with more than 3,500 bottles, this unique venue can entertain large or small groups in the Bar or Restaurant.
You will lead, manage and organize all requirements for your respective kitchen to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as implemented by the Executive Chef. You will have an experience as head chef in a similar restaurant, steakhouse or American Brasserie.
