A modern, elegant five star establishment situated in Hong Kong, where it boasts to bring personal service to new levels amongst its competitors. The property encompasses multiple sites and offers over ten Food & Beverage outlets including a grand ballroom.
We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine, to be responsible for the day to day operation of a single site which includes 4 restaurants and the highly sought after ballroom. In this role, you will coordinate with all kitchen staff, and the various Outlet Managers regarding guest meal orders, at all times ensuring standards are adhered to. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will also be involved in using your creative culinary ideas to develop new menus.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading a large brigade of approximately 20 chefs, preferably in both a la carte and banqueting five star environments. You will ideally have previous exposure to the North American or Middle East markets.
