Centrally located in Canberra’s CBD, this hotel, part of a leading Australian hotel group, offers 200 rooms, a business centre, health centre room service, a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and finally conference and events facilities for up to 200 guests, ideal for business conference or weddings.
The restaurant offers a creative, modern Australian cuisine. We are now looking for a strong chef de partie to join the brigade of 5 qualified chefs, able to be second in charge when the head chef is off or away. You will also be responsible to train and develop the commis and apprentices in the kitchen. Your background will preferably include a similar experience or you are a strong demi chef ready for the next step.
