The Chief Concierge’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the finest personal service is delivered to Residents and Guests while focusing on the highest quality services and value according to the specific nature of the request. He/she must ensure that all requests are followed up on promptly and professionally.
In order to consistently exceed Resident and Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
