A major hotel force worldwide and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to manage the daily operation of this very busy flagship hotel with a major revenue stream in Food and Beverage. This role is based in the United Emirates.
The ideal candidate has following profile:
* Minimum 16 years experience within leading hotels or resorts
* Middle East experience essential
* Proven management experience in large F&B operations (10+) and functions (1800+)
* Strong organisational and operational skills and natural leader
* Project management practice a must
* Solid understanding of managing large international workforce
* Effective team player and executive committee member
* Fully confident in running day to day operations
* Ambitious, outgoing and flexible personality
* Maintaining brand awareness and modern approach to challenges
