You will have the proven skills and abilities to create food concepts and manage a large production which is benchmarked to other leading companies Australia wide.
Specifications:
* 15 years + experience within leading catering, hotels and large resorts
* Expert in banquet operations
* Highly developed organisational skills including culinary presentation to clients
* Hands on approach to daily operation and service
* Strong communicator with clear vision and organisational chart
* Detailed eye to benchmark standards and quality
* Flexible, outgoing and firm operator
* Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen
* Confident in rostering, cost control and purchasing
* Passion for food and presentation
